I attended many interview after clearing my engineering graduation inBTECH ( COMPUTERSCIENCE ), but the basic problem was that all of them wanted experience. I was a bit disappointed as a fresher. On meeting a counselor madam person at Spectrum, I got an idea that undergoing an on-job training in any IT specialty will give me some real knowledge and experience in it, and also offered me an experience equal certification. As I am interested in ASP DOT NET, I joined for that training. It is not like college as STEPS is more like a working environment with team leads as trainers. I got opportunity to do some live projects too to gain experience. Now, I am working at MICROTECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. My advice for freshers is to join for an on-job training in any specialized IT field rather than simply roaming around after college

While doing BTech, we learn 56 papers, but I think to get a job in the real IT industry, we need to learn something more in-depth. I decided to learn ASPDOT NET and was searching for good training programs to finally find out STEPS Kochi. This is a an on-job training center with limited entry, I got full-time training there by covering all the advanced and updated technology aspects of ASPDOT NET. The trainers are also well experienced working professionals of Spectrum Softtech Solutions, which is the highlight of the training. Rather than focusing on the training institutes placement assurance trap, I suggest you people also should focus on getting some real-time experience and exposure while planning for IT Training. After completing STEPS training, now I work at MICROTECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS.

Hi, I did my MCA graduation and was not sure of what to do after that. Some told me to go for higher studies, others compelled to look for a job. There was no campus placement for me. One day I got a call from STEPS Kochi and went there. Actually, I assumed it is a training institute, but was stunned to see the building and the technical infrastructure. The counselor there gave me an ideal about on-job training programs there, so I joined for ASPDOT NET course.

There were plenty of calls from training institutes when I completed my Fisat(B.Tech-EC). My plan was to get something like a job internship in IT and not a mere training institute. On doing googling, I found that STEPS is the first industry associated training, so I approached that institutes. It is located inside Spectrum IT Park, so we have a chance to meet the real working professionals there unlike the training institutes. I learned Java there and got a job after training at Spectrum. It is a good experience to be at STEPS when you get out of college

Spectrum IT Park is a good place to be at. This 9-storied building is fully of IT infrastructure. Even though I just did a training there for SEO Analyst, I got a real good exposure as a working professional. I have completed my college course in 2016 and now working as a SEO Analyst at Maplitho Solutions Pvt Ltd. I believe that one need to choose a right career based on your interest and aptitude to be successful. The counseling session I attended with the STEPS counselor helped me identify SEO Analyst as a good career area, and now I am very happy with that decision. STEPS training is a wonderful experience.

Web Designing is a highly interesting job as I find it. When I completed BTech, I already new that programming is not my cup of tea, but I wanted to be in IT. Exploring all other opportunities, I got an advise like web designing with responsive designing and all is in high demand now. So, I learned it at STEPS. By getting a good experience and projects, I secured a job at Euro Infotech now as a designer. I found my route, thanks to my faculty and seniors at STEPS.

There was no job opportunities for me as a fresher. So, I wanted to specialize in something and took training at STEPS. When many of my friends were going to some sort of conventional training institutes, I wanted to do something different and searched a lot. I was not so good in programming on being from an Electrical background, so thought of choosing some other dignified IT career and as advised by the counselor at STEPS, I took software testing. Programming was my passion and I decided to learn web programming after my BCA. I did a training at STEPS and wanted to get into a job soon. Training was a new experience. STEPS is not like the other training institutes which are located at shopping complexes. This is a real IT park and going their daily itself is a work like experience. The faculty there are experienced professionals, so they are able to give a better insight to the job and technologies.
