While doing BSC, I just thought to get a job in the real IT industry, we need to learn something more in-depth. I decided to learn PHP and was searching for good training programs to finally find out STEPS Kochi. This is a an on-job training center with limited entry, I got full-time training there by covering all the advanced and updated technology aspects of PHP. The trainers are also well experienced working professionals of Spectrum Softtech Solutions, which is the highlight of the training.I suggest you people also should focus on getting some real-time experience and exposure while planning for IT Training. After completing STEPS training, now I work at Netbios.

I attended many interview after clearing my BCA, but the basic problem was that all of them wanted experience. I was a bit disappointed as a fresher. On meeting a counselor madam person at Spectrum, I got an idea that undergoing an on-job training in any IT specialty will give me some real knowledge and experience in it, and also offered me an experience equal certification. As I am interested in PHP, I joined for that training. It is not like college as STEPS is more like a working environment with team leads as trainers. I got opportunity to do some live projects too to gain experience. Now, I am working atImpact Metals, Vyttila. My advice for freshers is to join for an on-job training in any specialized IT field rather than simply roaming around after college.
